Program rules

1. General

   1. Classic Bonus (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus) – a deposit bonus that is accrued when replenishing a trading account as a percentage of the amount of each payment made through the auto-replenishment system of the Personal Account.
   2. The Client is given the right to choose the amount of the Bonus: 25%, 50% or 100%.
   3. The bonus can be obtained by depositing a standard, classic or professional account.
   4. The bonus is credited automatically at the time of depositing the account, provided that this option is selected by the client in the form of depositing and / or upon request through a personal manager to the PBO Invest financial department.
   5. The bonus is provided when replenishing the account through the auto-replenishment system of the Personal Account and / or upon request through a personal manager to the PBO Invest financial department.
   6. The number of deposits for which you can receive a bonus is not limited, but there are limits on the total amount of bonuses. The maximum amount of current Forex bonuses that you can receive: 50,000 USD / 50,000 EUR For clients who have not passed verification of their personal data, there are reduced limits.
   7. There are no restrictions on the number of bonus accounts and the number of bonus operations in the Bonus program.
   8. There are no restrictions for partners on commission payments from bonus accounts.

2. Working with the Bonus

   1. If there are active Bonuses on the account, all the client’s funds are divided into 2 parts: the client’s own funds and bonus accruals. The client’s own funds and CLASSIC BONUS are made up of the amounts of deposits and withdrawals (excluding Bonuses), as well as the profit received from trading on the account. Bonus accruals are determined by the sum of all active Bonuses on the client’s account. The client’s own funds can be used in trading without any restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be used in case of a “drawdown” – they will be debited from the account when the Equity on the account becomes less than the amount of active Bonuses. Example You deposited 5,000 USD and received a 50% Bonus equal to 2,500 USD. If the Equity becomes less than 2,500 USD, the Bonus will be debited from the account.

Withdrawing funds from an account with an active Bonus

1. The Bonus amount is blocked for withdrawal from the account until the moment it is worked out, together with the amount of replenishment to which it was received.
2. Until the conditions for the trading turnover are met, it is allowed to withdraw from the account only available profit, which is calculated from the amount of Free Margin on the account according to the formula: ❬Profit available for withdrawal❭ = ❬Available funds❭ – ❬Amount of active Bonuses❭ – ❬Amount of deposits on which Bonuses are credited❭
3. If there are open trades on the trading account, Free Margin may differ from the Equity of the account.

Working off, canceling and debiting the Bonus

1. Deposit amounts and the Bonus debited on them are unlocked and become available for withdrawal only after the total trading turnover (in standard lots) on the account has been completed in the amount of: ❬Number of lots❭ = ❬Bonus amount in USD *❭ / 2 * – If the account is topped up in another currency, the conversion into USD will be performed at the company’s internal rate. Example You have received a 300 USD Bonus to your Standard account. To withdraw it, you need to make a trading turnover of 300 USD / 2 = 150 lots (trading volume is taken into account on closed deals).
2. When the conditions for the trading turnover are met, transactions in all currency pairs and metals available for trading are taken into account, the opening and closing of which was carried out after the Bonus was credited to the account. When working out bonuses, transactions on CFD instruments and cryptocurrencies are not taken into account in the client’s trading turnover.
3. In the event of a Stop Out event, all Bonuses are automatically debited from the client’s account in full.
4. The Client has the right to refuse the Bonus, but at the same time the restriction on the withdrawal of his own funds for which this Bonus was received is not canceled, and the Bonus is debited from the account.
5. To remove restrictions on the withdrawal of own funds, it is necessary to work out the total trading turnover (in standard lots) in the amount of: ❬Number of lots❭ = ❬Bonus amount in USD *❭ / 100 Example You have received a 300 USD Bonus to your Standard account. To withdraw it, you need to make a trade turnover of 300 USD / 100 = 3 lots (trade turnover is taken into account on closed deals with a difference between the opening and closing prices of 30 points). Please note that an integral part of the rules of the promotion is the right of PBO Invest to refuse to charge a Bonus or to write off all bonus charges from the client’s account without prior notification and explanation.
